recover your health is the Comprehensive Consultation. If he believes he is unable to help you or you do not want to pursue his recommendations, he will refer you to another qualified functional medicine physician.

What you can expect during your comprehensive functional medicine online consultation with Dr. Krystosik. Please note this consultation could take up to two hours or more of time. During the consultation Dr. Krystosik will:
- Review your medical records and the several long form questionnaires our office will send to you before your appointment.
- Prepare a report of findings from your medical records and our long form questionnaires. Review the report of findings with you during your consultation.
- Carefully listen to any of your health concerns not addressed in the questionnaire during the online or phone consultation.
- Provide a “second opinion” and let you know if he feels he can help you. If he feels he can’t help you, he will refer you to the appropriate health care professional he believes will provide you with the best and safest health care options. If he believes he can help you he will Identify the underlying root causes of your illness through the information you provided in the health questionnaires and any laboratory testing he recommends. Dr. Krystosik has been recommending leading edge functional medicine diagnostic test for his patients for more than 30 years. After he gathers all the necessary information he will provide you with a personalized diet, nutritional supplements and lifestyle recommendations based on all of the above information.
- Dr. Krystosik will only order the functional medicine tests he thinks are essential to uncover the underlying root cause of your health problems. Any functional medicine diagnostic tests Dr. Krystosik orders, blood, urine, saliva or stool tests, radiographic imaging (X-rays, MRI’s, etc.,) can be set up with local labs, medical facilities, or hospitals in your local area.
