Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Dr. Krystosik works with people through online video and telephone consultations. See the consultation process and scheduling options.
What happens during the initial consultation?
Dr. Krystosik reviews your health history and questionnaire, listens to concerns not covered in the forms, and explains whether his functional medicine approach may be appropriate for you.
Will I need laboratory testing?
Testing is recommended only when Dr. Krystosik believes it is useful for identifying possible underlying factors. Depending on your situation, this may include blood, stool, saliva, food-allergy, or micronutrient testing. Many non-blood test kits can be completed at home.
Is every treatment plan the same?
No. Recommendations are personalized using your history, available test results, diet, and lifestyle. Two people with similar symptoms may have different contributing factors and different plans.
